El Dorado Cantina - Las Vegas Strip: A Gem for Authentic Latin American Cuisine

Hidden gem, it's inside the building Sapphire but separate don't worry. My steak burrito was delicious, I asked for hotter hot salsa and they delivered! The chips were delicious and everything was cooked without seed oils! I went here after my wedding! You have to try this place! Also the service was great, and food was served fast.

Great Mexican food! Some of the best I have had. Service was also fantastic thanks to Veronica I highly recommend the table side guacamole, I also had the chicken fajitas and was very good

Fantastic drinks. They make around 7 agua frescas and then add a particular tequila to each one for, in our opinion, some of the best drinks in town! Don't miss out on the 1/2 price drinks mon-fri 3-6pm and mon-thurs 12-3am! Chips and salsa are killer! The entrees themselves aren't bad, but nothing crazy good. I was hoping for a bit more heat and meats made with a bit more seasoning. But don't get me wrong, it was still good food. Our carne asada was missing chorizo but we didn't say anything because we didn't want to seem crabby. Impeccably clean and the music and vibe are PERFECT! A great spot for a comfortable, relaxing meal. Quite possibly the highlight was our waitress Jael. She was the most genuinely kind, attentive, and friendly person we have met in a while. She made our experience 5 stars! Very glad we went today!

Was just finishing up a round of golf at Angel Park and was told to check out the Tivoli Village for some food. Lo and behold found this little gem and had to stop to enjoy the weekend brunch. While visiting, we were on a bit of a time crunch and sat at the bar. The bartender, Jillian, was fantastic. She helped us get our order in quickly and efficiently answering all of our questions about the menu. Not only that but my Vegas luck hit its peak when I was told they were out of coffee and an Amazon prime driver brought in some new beans about two minutes later. Absolutely grateful for the incredible food, amazing live music, and of course the awesome experience that Jillian gave us! Great place, definitely worth checking out.

My husband and I found this spot right near Resorts World. We went on Monday night, and our server, Emily, was absolutely amazing. Even though the restaurant was busy, she handled every table with care, professionalism, and kindness. We ordered the tableside guacamole, crispy chicken tacos, and chicken fajitas. Everything was delicious and fresh! Emily recommended the flan, and omg, it was gone in 2 seconds! We absolutely loved the whole experience and have nothing but great things to say about this restaurant! The walk from the hotel to the restaurant is 5 minutes or less, too.

It was a very good place to come. Adrian gave us exceptional service. We had the chips and salsa for a starter and for the main food we had the green pozole and the breakfast steak burrito. We had the so delicious flan after and it was the best flan. This was worth the walk off the strip at 9am.

I absolutely love the service at this location … it’s consistently exceptional. The chilaquiles are incredibly flavorful and the portion is generous enough for two people, which makes it an even better experience. The coffee is also so, so good, French press and perfectly made. Luna truly makes everything even better. She’s attentive, welcoming, and makes amazing drinks. Her service really elevates the whole visit. The location, the food, and the staff are all outstanding. Highly recommend!

We walked in and was immediately greated who I believe is the manager? The way he holds his self and watches over the restaurant was amazing to watch. He’s very observant! He was doing every job from checking people in to drinks to food to cleaning. Great atmosphere and great service! I usually don’t leave much reviews but this place deserves it! Food was amazing!
